We explicitly do NOT collect or store:

- Account login credentials (no account system)
- Order history or purchase patterns
- Any other personal information beyond email and name
1.2 Automatic Information
We collect minimal technical info needed for the Service:
- Basic Logs: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). Used only for troubleshooting, not linked to your personal info.
- Essential Cookies: Only cookies needed for the Service to work (like session management). No tracking cookies or user analytics.

All payment processing is handled exclusively through Stripe and PayPal's secure payment interfaces. We do not record, store, or have access to any credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment information. Your payment data is processed directly by these PCI DSS compliant payment processors, ensuring the highest level of security for your financial information.
However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us.
5 Your Choices
5.1 License Information
Retrieve your registration codes anytime using our license lookup. Just enter your email to get all licenses.
5.2 Cookies
We only use essential cookies (like session management). Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can block cookies, but it may affect the Service.
5.3 Email Communications
We only send emails with registration codes and license lookup results. No promotional emails, marketing, or newsletters. Every email from us is about your license purchase or lookup.
6 International Data Transfers
IoTCrazy Technologies Inc. is based in Canada. We process and store information in Canada and the United States. Your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection levels.
7 Children's Privacy
The Service is not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected info from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
